Cancellation Policy

1. $600.00 Non-refundable Deposit (for all events except Weddings) - $800.00 Non-refundable Deposit (for all Weddings) Deposit goes toward total balance. 2. Refundable Damage Deposit (Petit Room - $200.00) (Chateau Room - $300.00) (Le Grandeur Room - $450.00) 3. Signed Rental Agreement is Required 4. No Cooking Allowed in Any of Our Spaces 5. All-walk throughs must be scheduled by appointment 6. No Confetti, No Rice, No Glitter, or handheld candles are allowed in any of the spaces 7. Alcohol is permitted, bartender is required to serve. (Venue bartender would be secured at additional cost) 8. Security is staffed at all events after 6pm 9. Kitchenette are for warming only 10. Setup and Breakdown time is included within package chosen 11. No Tape, Screws, or Staples to the wall or doors. Only pin tacks 12. No Smoking Inside of Venue 13. All Trash bins including restroom trash should be dumped by end of event. The venue does supply trash bags for all trash bins provided. 14. Client guarantees that the venue will be restored to its original condition following the event. The venue and all components within should be in working condition and free of damage.
